You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no exceptions. To request a refund, contact support@tulidu.com or use Paddle's support portal at paddle.net.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically completed within 14 days of the request.
